Hi , I'm Anthony! Welcome Home!

I am Anthony Mendiola, I'm a friendly and knowledgeable Realtor based in beautiful San Diego, California. I've always cared about helping people and building strong communities. My journey in real estate began by helping my family manage their rental homes, and that experience inspired me to learn even more about housing and neighborhoods.

I went to San Diego State University, where I studied City Planning and got involved in Student Government. I also studied abroad in Brazil, where I learned how housing can make a big difference in the lives of people in need.

I've worked with the City of Chula Vista in the Building and Code Enforcement Departments, and I served on boards for Community Planning and Parks & Recreation. These roles helped me understand how to help neighborhoods grow in smart, healthy ways.

Before coming back to real estate, I spent over 10 years teaching English as a Second Language, both here in San Diego and in countries like Italy, Mexico, and Colombia. I even helped design lessons for young people in a national job training program.

Now, I'm proud to guide clients through buying, selling, investing, or making big life changes like downsizing or leaving a legacy for their families.

When I'm not working, I love exploring with my family-going to fun events around town, traveling, hiking, and camping in the mountains or desert. I'm always ready for a new adventure!
